Southern Utah

Went to southern Utah in April. first shot is fisher Tower near Moab, UT. (some captions not next to the picture but they are in order)

Druid Arch - Canyonlands NP. Reminds me of Stonehenge

Sun and rain on Peekaboo spring trail - Canyonlands NP

Had lots of rain in the Needles district of Canyonlands -- the good thing about that is that these potholes get filled with water and make for good pictures - this is at Pothole Point Trail

Sunrise on Dead Horse Point State Park

Shafer Canyon in Canyonlands NP

Vetch in Capital Reef NP

Cassidy Arch in Capital Reef NP. There are people above the arch for scale.

Grand Wash in Capital Reef National Park

Has to be the most beautiful waterfall I've ever seen - its 180 feet high and an easy 3 mile hike to see it. Its called Lower Calf Creek Falls in Escalante grand staircase Nat. Monument.

Dont know what type of flowers these are, but I had to lay on the side of windy road with cars whizzing past me as I took the pix

Some cool hoodoo formations at Devils Garden in Escalante Grand Staircas Nat. Monument

At 10,000 feet, there was still a lot of snow near Cedar City
